Charles A. Washington is a choreographer, performer and musician based in Dresden, Germany. He is the Artistic Director of his project-based dance company called Pinkmetalpetal Productions. At present his primary artistic focus is to try and create spaces and expressions that explore the impossible, the uncertain and the eerie. In 2018 Charles graduated with a MA in choreography, and in 2021 he completed his Miesterklasse research called “We are all a subculture?” at the Palucca University of Dance Dresden

Cellular Consciousness

The importance that imagery or thought has upon muscles patterns is due to what movement is. A movement is a neuromusculoskeletal event, which means for movement to take place the following systems must be involved: The nervous, The muscular and the Skelatal.

Improvisation Techniques 

Between the mouth and the anus is a large organ system known as the digestive tract, where food passes through and modified in some deemed as hollow organs. Therefore, solid organs are not hollow but still play a vital role in the digestion of food.

The Oesophagus is a hollow organ that extends from the hypopharynx at the level of the cervical vertebral C6 to the stomach.

The function of the blood vessels through the body is to deliver oxygen and nutrients to the cells, carry away waste products and in part maintain blood pressure. The vessels makeup two closed circuits that begin and end at the heart.
