📖 Rules
Bindles is a self-moderated platform. As a user, you are responsible for the safety and protection of all other users, and the type of environment Bindles.Net is and will become. We have created these clear rules to abide by. We are constantly updating and reflecting on these rules. We believe that regulations should be made through a democratic process and therefore ask you for your views.
Be kind; we are all human and have feelings. Bindles allows for discourse on peoples creative and even personal concepts. Please be considerate of this when you comment. Any harassment, bullying or violent threats of any kind to any other user will result in being banned.
If any user feels they have been subjected to any harassment, bullying or violent threats of any kind by any other user or if any other user has impersonated or ravelled any personal details of any other user. The subjected user and witnessing user has a responsibility to report this to Bindles.Net
Any content that promotes violence or hate directed to any personal identity will be deleted and may result in the banning of the offending user.
Users cannot upload any content that promotes any sexual content of or towards anyone under the age of 18.
Bindles is not striving to be an academically correct platform. However, we believe in transparency and education. Let’s be cool and give credit where credit is due. All concepts must be original ideas created by the user. Plagiarism is not accepted. All information within each concept can relate and directly quote from other peoples work. However, if so, you must credit the person you are sourcing.
Users cannot upload anyone else’s content and claim the uploaded content as their own.
Users cannot upload any private information or data of anyone else.
Bindles is about who you are, who you want to be and what you create. Let your imagination go wild. Therefore, users can give themselves a new identity but cannot impersonate anyone else or a community.
Your private material is yours or your collectives. It is only visible to you or anyone else in your community. Even though it is private, the same rules apply to content and user behaviour. If you feel your collective is breaking the rules, you are responsible for reporting this to Bindles.Net. This will result in the closing down of the collective and the possible banning of users.
By selecting public, you grant every other user or visitor access to your content. In the case of a user, you also permit a user to make comments on your content. Visitors are only able to view your content.
We want Bindles.Net to remain a respectful place of discourse. However, it is essential that content is challenged, and we know that this is, at times, a grey area of what is acceptable. To give everyone a chance to redeem themselves, there will be a space to defend your case.
If we receive three complaints about your online behaviour, you will be banned.
